Pirate-Themed Trivia Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER
These rules govern the South Florida Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) being conducted by Good Karma Brands (“GKB”), 477 S. Rosemary Ave., Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, beginning on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ending on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
On-Air Entry – WESP (ESPN 106.3)
To participate in the Promotion on WESP (ESPN 106.3), listeners must listen during the Promotion Period for the announcement of a pirate-themed trivia question.
The on air promotion will run from January 20th, 2026 to January 21st 2026 on Theoretically Speaking from 2 – 4 PM.
The first eligible caller to call the Station’s designated contest line, be recognized on air, and correctly answer the trivia question will be declared a winner, subject to eligibility verification.
Pirate Voice Mulligan:
If a caller delivers their answer using a pirate voice, the caller will be allowed one (1) additional attempt to answer the trivia question if their initial response is incorrect. The mulligan applies only if the caller uses a pirate voice and is limited to one (1) additional attempt per caller. Determinations of whether a caller qualifies for the mulligan and whether an answer is correct will be made by Station personnel in their sole discretion.
A total of two (2) prize packs will be awarded on-air on WESP during the Promotion Period (one(4 ticket) prize pack per day).
On-Air Entry – WEFL (Deportes 760 AM)
To participate in the Promotion on WEFL (Deportes 760 AM), listeners must listen during the Promotion Period for the announcement of the cue to call.
The on air promotion will run from January 20th, 2026 to January 21st 2026 on Comunidad Deportiva from 12 – 1 PM.
The designated caller, as announced on air, who successfully reaches the Station’s contest line and meets all eligibility requirements will be declared a winner.
A total of Two (2) prize packs will be awarded on-air on WEFL during the Promotion Period (one (4 ticket) prize packsper day).
Facebook Entry
To participate via Facebook, entrants may visit the official station Facebook pages for ESPN West Palm and Deportes Radio 760 during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions provided in the promotional post.
Limit one (1) Facebook entry per person during the Promotion Period. A total of four (4) prize packs will be awarded via Facebook across both stations ( 2 per station )
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook from any liability associated with the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The Promotion is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside within the Station’s broadcast area.
Employees of GKB, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, participating sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) and/or household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win.
Listeners are eligible to win a prize in a Promotion conducted by GKB only once every seven (7) days and only once every thirty (30) days if the prize is valued over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any GKB promotion
Listeners are eligible to win only one (1) prize during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
PRIZES
A total of 8 (8) prize packs will be awarded during the Promotion.
Each prize pack consists of four (4) tickets to the designated event.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize pack: $80
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at GKB’s sole discretion. All taxes and expenses not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected based on being the first eligible caller to correctly answer the trivia question or meet the call-in requirements, or by Facebook entry selection, as applicable.
Decisions of GKB management are final and binding.
Winners will be notified at the time of winning or via direct message for Facebook entries. Winners may be required to provide full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and valid government-issued photo identification to claim a prize.
Failure to comply with these rules or to return any required documentation within ten (10) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at GKB’s sole discretion.
CONDITIONS
Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for prizes valued at $600 or more or if cumulative winnings reach $600 in a calendar year.
By participating in the Promotion, winners grant GKB permission to use their name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Prior to awarding a prize, GKB may require winners to sign a liability and publicity release.
GKB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond GKB’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
GKB is not responsible for technical issues, telephone outages, busy signals, lost or misdirected entries, or errors of any kind.
