TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP

GKB is continually developing individualized training programs for new and current teammates, and offers a Karma Connects mentorship program for new teammates, where you are paired up with another teammate to learn, grow and get acclimated in your role and at GKB. Teammates have the opportunity to join company-wide leadership meetings, and are encouraged to explore growth opportunities throughout the company.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

GKB is proud to offer an internship program which expands across all departments and focuses on providing a valuable learning experience for students.
