NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER
These rules govern the Roger Dean Stadium Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) being conducted by Good Karma Brands (“GKB”), 477 S. Rosemary Ave., Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
The Promotion includes two (2) methods of entry: one (1) on-air giveaway and one (1) Facebook giveaway.
The Promotion begins Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET and ends Monday, February 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
ON-AIR ENTRY – WESP (ESPN 106.3)
To participate in the on-air portion of the Promotion, listeners must listen to Theoretically Speaking on WESP (ESPN 106.3) on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM ET for the cue to call.
When the cue to call is announced, the designated caller (as determined by Station personnel in their sole discretion) who successfully reaches the Station’s contest line and meets all eligibility requirements will be declared the winner, subject to verification.
One (1) on-air prize pack will be awarded.
FACEBOOK ENTRY
To participate via Facebook, entrants must visit the official ESPN West Palm Facebook page beginning Monday, February 23, 2026 when the promotional post is published and follow the instructions provided in the post.
Limit one (1) Facebook entry per person.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible Facebook entries on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The winner will be notified via direct message and must respond as instructed to claim the prize.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook from any liability associated with this Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The Promotion is open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who reside within the Station’s broadcast area.
Employees of GKB, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, participating sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) and/or household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win.
Listeners are eligible to win a prize in a Promotion conducted by GKB only once every seven (7) days and only once every thirty (30) days if the prize is valued over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any GKB promotion.
Listeners may win only one (1) prize during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
PRIZES
A total of two (2) prize packs will be awarded during the Promotion:

One (1) prize pack awarded via Facebook
Each prize pack consists of four (4) tickets to a designated event at Roger Dean Stadium.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined: $250.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at GKB’s sole discretion. All taxes and expenses not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The on-air winner will be selected based on being the designated caller when the cue to call is given.
The Facebook winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Decisions of GKB management are final and binding.
Winners may be required to provide full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and valid government-issued photo identification to claim a prize.
Failure to comply with these rules or to return any required documentation within ten (10) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at GKB’s sole discretion.
CONDITIONS
Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 if cumulative winnings from GKB reach $600 in a calendar year.
By participating in the Promotion, winners grant GKB permission to use their name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Prior to awarding a prize, GKB may require winners to sign a liability and publicity release.
GKB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond GKB’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
GKB is not responsible for technical issues, telephone outages, busy signals, lost or misdirected entries, or errors of any kind.
