NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

HOW TO ENTER

These Official Rules govern the Duffy’s Cognizant Classic Pick Giveaway (“Promotion”), conducted by ESPN West Palm, located at 477 S. Rosemary Ave., Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (“GKB”).

The Promotion will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM ET to 4:00 PM ET, during Theoretically Speaking, or until ten (10) eligible callers have successfully participated, whichever occurs first.

To participate, listeners must call into Theoretically Speaking at 888-760-3776 during the Promotion period. Calls will be taken on a queued basis.

The first ten (10) eligible callers will each be allowed to select one (1) professional golfer they believe will win the 2026 Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches.

Once a golfer has been selected by a caller, that golfer is no longer available for selection by any other participant.

Participants may not select a golfer that has already been chosen.

All entries must be made by live telephone call during the Promotion window. No alternative method of entry is available.

GKB is not responsible for busy signals, disconnected calls, technical difficulties, or calls not completed or aired.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and

  • Reside in Palm Beach County, Martin County, or St. Lucie County, Florida.

Employees of GKB, its subsidiaries and affiliates, participating sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Listeners may win a prize in a GKB promotion only once every seven (7) days and only once every thirty (30) days if the prize is valued at $600 or more. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in this Promotion.

PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize consists of $100 in Duffy’s Sports Grill gift cards.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified herein. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at GKB’s sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be determined after the conclusion of the 2026 Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, from among all eligible participants whose selected golfer wins the tournament.

If more than one participant selected the winning golfer, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among those eligible participants.

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number provided at the time of entry. Failure to respond within a reasonable time or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of participants selecting the winning golfer.

Participants do not need to be listening at the time the winner is contacted to win.

PRIZE CLAIM

The winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification and complete all required documentation, including an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, within one (1) day of notification or the prize may be forfeited.

Prizes must be picked up at the GKB offices unless otherwise approved in writing by GKB. Any prize not claimed within two (2) days of notification may be forfeited.

CONDITIONS

Payment of all applicable taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099.

By participating, the winner grants GKB the right to use their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

GKB reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. GKB may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

GKB is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration or promotion of the contest.
