Anheuser-Busch UF vs. UGA Ticket Upgrade

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER
  2. These rules govern the Anheuser-Busch and ESPN West Palm UF vs. UGA Tickets Upgrade (the “Promotion”) being conducted by ESPN West Palm, 477 S Rosemary Ave Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (“GKB”) beginning on November 1st, 2025 at 12 PM ET and ending on November 1st, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
  3. To participate in the Promotion, you must show up at the designated, specified location identified by the ESPN West Palm team; the location and details will be announced on Instagram @ESPNWestPalm. Entry is limited to the Promotion period stated above and while supplies last. Limit one (1) entry per person. GKB’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
  4. To participate in the Promotion, you may go to 441 Haines St, Jacksonville, FL 32202 on November 1st starting at 12 PM EST and ending at 1 PM EST and must complete an official entry form (while supplies last) including first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and date of birth, and put the entry form in the registration box.  All entries must be received by November 1st at 1 PM EST.  GKB is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries
  5. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
  6. The Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older and who reside in Florida. Employees of GKB, its subsidiary and affiliated entities, GKB’s advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) and/or households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  7. Listeners are eligible to win a prize in a Promotion conducted by GKB only once every seven (7) days and only once every thirty (30) days if the prize is valued over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any GKB promotion.
  8. The winner must provide valid government issued‑ photo identification and provide his or her complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize.
  9. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and GKB will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  GKB will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.
  10. PRIZES
  11. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of four (4) tickets to UF vs. UGA on November 1st, 2025. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1500. Prize consists of tickets only; transportation, parking, lodging, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Tickets will be delivered electronically at GKB’s discretion upon redemption of the ticket voucher.
  12. Prizes for this contest will be distributed electronically by GKB. Because tickets are time sensitive‑, GKB will require quicker acceptance of the contest due to the timely nature of the contest; details will be provided to the winner at time of notification. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed immediately on site‑, unless otherwise stated by GKB‑.
  13. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that GKB may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and, unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
  14. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
  15. Decisions of GKB management with respect to the Promotion are final.

 

  1. Winner will be selected at 1 PM EST on November 1st through a randomized selection process of all entries into the promotion.

  1. Odds of winning a Qualifying Prize depends upon the number of entries in the promotion.  Only 1entry per person is allowed for the promotion.
  2. The winner will be notified on site that they have won the contest at 1PM EST
  3. Qualifiers must be on site to enter and win this contest
  4. The winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within one (1) hour of winning, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by random selection again.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted due to the failure of being on site, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
  5. CONDITIONS

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by GKB in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more.  Failure to submit
