Hard work is synonymous with Dillon. Especially with the busy summer, his dedication to his role and this company truly shines through. All of the work behind the scenes, answering calls from contest winners, video/photo shooting and editing, the list goes on and on. He puts in that effort without expecting or looking to be recognized, but he certainly deserves it.
