ESPN Cleveland is giving away weekly ESPN Cleveland swag bags to fans in The Next Level Cover5 Contest. Fans may enter by first signing up for a free Cover5 account in the Cover5 app. Then, fans must join The Next Level 2025 Cover5 Contest by going to the Join Leagues tab and entering code “TNL25” and clicking the contest to join. Fans will compete to see who can make the best picks each week. The Promotion is open to all persons who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in the United States.
