- QR code says you’re a Prize Winner? Awesome! Return to the ESPN Cleveland table before 10:00PM and present your card, show proof of eligibility, and claim your prize!
- QR code offers FanDuel Bonus Bet? Nice! Write your first & last name and phone number on your card and submit it at the ESPN Cleveland table before 9:00PM to be entered in the drawing for the $1,000 Grand Prize!
Grand Prize Drawing: Between 9:00PM and 10:00PM, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn and announced. Winner must be present at announcement to win.
