Since its inception in 2019, The Women of the NFL Combine Happy Hour has become an annual staple where women from all corners of the football industry gather together for a night of networking and fellowship. This casual networking event is open to all women (and those who champion us through their allyship) working in any capacity of football who will be in attendance at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Media members, agents, coaches, front office personnel, league and team employees, those in the college football space, etc. If you work in football, you are invited.

In an industry built on relationships, access, and shared experience, this space exists to foster authentic connection, spark meaningful conversations, and open doors through mentorship.

Whether you’re looking to learn, lead, or simply expand your network, this gathering is about strengthening the community, supporting one another’s growth, and ensuring women continue to move the game – and each other – forward.

We have so many exciting additions at this year’s event, including our new mentor-mentee program that aims to pair first or second time Combine attendees with someone who will show them best practices for establishing new connections and gaining beneficial experiences.

Our event will once again be held at Tavern on South from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24 in the restaurant area on the first floor as well as the upstairs bar. Drinks and appetizers will be provided.

Come early for door prizes and stay through our raffle, which takes place at 7:30 p.m. and features incredible items provided by our amazing partners and vendors who continuously help take the event to the next level. This will once again be a drop by event, so feel free to stop over whenever your schedule allows. Tavern on South is about an 8-minute walk from the JW Marriott and easily accessible by Uber or Lyft.
