Boston Common Golf Tee Party Giveaway Rules

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a.
These rules govern the Boston Common Golf Tee Party Giveaway (the “Promotion”) being conducted by ESPN West Palm (477 S Rosemary Ave, Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401) (“GKB”), beginning at 9:00 AM ET on November 13, 2025, and ending at 6:00 PM ET on November 19, 2025.

b.
To participate in the Promotion, you may enter via the following method(s):

i.
Listen to 106.3 FM WESP on the specified contest dates for your chance to win a four-pack of tickets to the Boston Common Golf Tee Party presented by Comcast Business at the SoFi Center.

  • Giveaway #1: Thursday, November 13, 2025, during Theoretically Speaking (2 PM–4 PM ET).

  • Giveaway #2: Wednesday, November 19, 2025, during Russo & Rizzo (4 PM–6 PM ET).

The on-air host will announce a cue to call and provide specific instructions for entry. The first eligible caller who follows the on-air instructions and confirms eligibility will win one (1) four-pack of tickets to the event.

ii.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same account. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by GKB.

Internet entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including GKB’s Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a.
The Promotion is open to all persons aged 18 and older who reside in Palm Beach County, Martin County, or St. Lucie County. Employees of GKB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, participating sponsors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) or household members (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate or win.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

b.
Fans are eligible to win a prize from GKB only once every seven (7) days and only once every thirty (30) days if the prize is valued at over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any GKB promotion.

c.
The winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification and their complete address, date of birth, and phone number to claim the prize.

d.
Entrants must provide truthful information. Any false or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. PRIZES

a.
Two (2) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion.
Each prize consists of four (4) tickets to the Boston Common Golf Tee Party presented by Comcast Business. The Total ARV of this prize is ($240).  The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and other fees associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

b.
Prizes will be emailed to winners. Winners must claim their prize within two (3) days of being notified. In the event that a prize is mailed, GKB is not responsible for its safe arrival.

c.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted. GKB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a.
Decisions of GKB management with respect to the Promotion are final.

b.
Winners will be selected on-air from eligible participants who respond to the cue to call or online entries submitted via Facebook, as applicable. Winners need not be present to win.

c.
Winners must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within two (2) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited.

5. CONDITIONS

a.
All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A completed IRS Form W-9 may be required for prizes valued at $600 or more.

b.
By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, voice, and likeness in advertising without additional compensation.

c.
GKB may require winners to sign a liability release prior to prize delivery.

d.
If the Promotion is unable to proceed as planned due to technical or other issues, GKB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify it.

e.
GKB reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process.

f.
GKB is not responsible for typographical or technical errors in these rules or any related materials.

6. REQUESTS FOR RULES OR WINNERS LIST

For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 1, 2025, to:
“Boston Common Golf Tee Party Giveaway,” Attn: Promotions, GKB, 477 S Rosemary Ave, Suite 187, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

For the names of the prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by February 13, 2026, to the same address.
Rules and the winner list may also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of GKB or online at www.espnwestpalmcontests.com.
