Good Karma Brands owns Verizon Wireless retail stores in Wisconsin, founded to reinvent the relationship consumers have with their wireless provider. Our philosophy is simple – to form long-term relationships with guests and provide great solutions for their wireless needs. We felt there wasn’t a trusted, go-to retailer for wireless services, and we wanted to bring our Good Karma values to a new industry.
In short, we want to earn fans, not customers.
Since we started in the sports marketing business, we quickly realized the power of fans. Our priority is to provide guests and business partners with an exemplary experience by listening and understanding their wireless and technology needs and then only recommending solutions that are right for them.
From deciphering your bill to leading training sessions, our wireless consultants can help you find the plan, device and service you need – even from out of state.
We’ll first get to know your wireless needs and evaluate your monthly bill to see if we can save you money. We went against the industry standard and do not pay our wireless consultants on commission (all are full-time, salaried teammates), which allows us to recommend solutions based solely on your needs.
We provide everything from cell phones, tablets, phone bill analysis, home phone lines and portable, secure internet hotspots – anything from screen protectors to the newest devices, we’ve got you covered.
We’re always looking for talented people to help us grow the business. All of our teammates hold full-time, salaried positions and it is simply not enough to hire retail clerks.
