My favorite event of the entire year is the Great Chef's Tailgate Showcase. This is a lead-in event to the Boca Bowl. Every partner and teammate know that this is my favorite event. This picture was from last year. The partner is Troutman Amin and we had just opened a partnership for the Boca Bowl for $50,000. In the picture with me is Theo Dorsey and O.J, McDuffie from the Miami Dolphins. It was a great night!
