Last week, Heather really helped me. I wanted to create updated inventory reports for both the White Sox and Bears- and set time with her to have her help me build these reports together. She actually already had the reports set from prior years, so together we were able to look at everything, ensure that the reporting was what I wanted to see, and walk through the nuances together.
Heather through any situation is so calm and solutions-oriented. Nothing rattles here, and she's always someone who will listen and lend a supportive comment. I feel like all the Traffic teammates are unsung heroes–but when there is a relatively stressful situation, Heather always approaches everything with a positive outcome in mind.
