When it comes to radio hosts who bring original thoughts and creativity each and every day, he leads the league and it wears off on his cohosts and teammates. When it comes to sales, Ben is consistently setting the tone by speaking up in meetings, asking the right questions, performing extremely well for his own budgets, and encouraging teammates to match his energy and output.
Ben has a partner who might be considered needier than most, and he goes above and beyond to make sure they are in lock-step in multiple GKB markets.
