Ana has been a tremendous teammate since joining us as an intern. During her internship, she stood out for her eagerness, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Now, as a member of the PDS team, she continues to impress—seeking me out to learn more about the role (knowing I once served in that position) and asking how she can not only thrive herself but also support me and the rest of the Milwaukee team in securing new meetings and building partnerships. I find it inspiring when young teammates take initiative, show up with the right mindset, and commit themselves to working hard, learning, and growing.
