HUGE shoutout to Tim Haggerty for going above and beyond to help a partner in a pinch. As soon as The Bucks let us know that one of their Assistant GM's phones wasn't working Tim didn't hesitate to drive an hour down to the Fiserv Forum, stand outside and fix the phone in the cold to comply with the NBA's COVID guidelines, and make sure the user was up and running and had all of his questions answered. Shortly after Tim left the decision maker for their Verizon account called me looking to switch some business over from one of our competitors because of the excellent service they received. Tim's work is an amazing example of how over delivering will strengthen and grow a partnership.
