I have been in the radio business for over 30 years. I say that because in those years I have never worked with a person like JMP. JMP is more than a partnership coordinator to me. He is my trusted advisor. Coming in as a new teammate and adjusting to the GKB way was strange for me at first. For most of my career "if it was meant to be, it was up to me." This is the perfect example that GKB is a Team Sport. The suggestions, ideas and processes that he has shared with me has made me become a better marketer.
