“As a family owned restaurant when the pandemic shut us down we had to create a new business plan. We watched the desperation of the community and the healthcare workers and knew right away, they need to eat, we have food, and our Brown Bag Lunches was launched.. We reached out to our customers through social media and asked for a $10 donation to send a Brown Bag Lunch to front-line responders. We have delivered bags to hospitals, nursing homes, fire and police, pharmacies, immediate care, doctors offices, postal workers and grocery store workers. In addition $1 from each bag goes back to the food pantry.”
